HELLO WONDERFUL BACKERS!
Since we last spoke, many things have happened. We recorded the rest of the album. Aubrey edited and mixed the album. We sent the album to be mastered. We got the final album back and we listened to it a lot because it's SO GOOD. I got my DOUBLECLICKS-THEMED TATTOO that was a Kickstarter stretch goal!
This tattoo is based on our song Tiny Paper Elephant, and I really like what people tell me that song means to them. Do I feel weird having a tattoo of our own song? Yes! But I did it anyway!
The tattoo was designed and... done.... by Huka, here in LA. Shout-out to my buddy Kate for taking pics!

Let's see, what else have we done... We ordered CDs, pins, and dice. Dice? YES. Remember when you hit the stretch goal that means that we'll have dice available as add-ons? They are being produced RIGHT NOW by Chessex.
WHAT ARE ADD-ONS/HOW DO I GET DICE/HOW DO I GET MY ALBUM:
In the next couple days (hopefully tomorrow) you will get an email from us via a service called backerkit.
The email will be called "Response Needed" and it will be from "[email protected]"
When you click the link inside that email you will be transported to a place where you can: Give us your address so we can deliver your rewards, answer questions like shirt size and pin preference, and add on things like additional pins, dice, etc to your reward.
Please fill out that survey ASAP! we will be using this data to order T-shirts which we need to get moving pretty soon.
Rewards will be going out in May, and you will get a tracking number and all that when it happens. DIgital rewards will also go out through Backerkit, so please make sure their emails are hitting your inboxes!

Yeah! We're about to go on tour! As soon as this album is out we're going to be touring, from May to October, all over the US plus Dublin and London.

Hello folks! It's the very last day of this dang Kickstarter! Y'all have completely kicked it out of the park (that's the phrase, right?) and we cannot WAIT to finish up this album and get it in your hands.
The album is full of funny songs, and soft songs: we talk about feeling like you're the wrong size, about depression and anxiety, about coming out as non-binary, about feeling uncomfortable around people and at parties, about twitter ruining everything and needing to get away, and about how just being here and handling things is a superpower.
The older I get, the more I appreciate how much we're all just here figuring things out, and the more I appreciate other human beings and how just helping one another and loving yourself is a gift and a blessing.
I know that's a little soft and sappy, but if anything that's your fault: I feel so blessed to be able to make music for you and to get to meet you all on tour and online. You are AWESOME. Did you know that? You are powerful and strong and rad, and you inspire people around you. It's cool as heck.
We're going to be celebrating today online! We're in different cities right now so we can't play music so well, but we CAN play a video game together and talk to all of you, so we'll be doing that! Today at 1:59pm (that's a Pi day joke) on our Twitch channel: Twitch.tv/doubleclickslive, tune in and hang out with us. Stardew Valley is a very calming game that we're both extremely obsessed with, so join us for some chill happy times!
I'm awake unusually early for me and my cat is freaking out, it's very fun to watch. Maybe she will join us for the livestream too.
